Listen up, folks, we’ve got something huge here!

Brain aneurysms, they’re a big deal, a very big deal. And guess what? We’ve been looking into it, and we’ve found something incredible. Our immune cells, they’re involved, and not just a little bit, they’re really involved in these aneurysms. But there’s more, we’re not sure how these cells change when it comes to metabolism, especially those neutrophils, they’re tricky, but we’re onto them.

We’ve used this fantastic technology, CyTOF, to look at the blood cells of 72 patients with these aneurysms. And we didn’t just look, we compared them to healthy people. We saw how their cells are working differently, and let me tell you, it’s significant. These patients, their cells are on overdrive, and the neutrophils, they’re changing in ways you wouldn’t believe.

But we didn’t stop there, no, we went further. We took all this data, and we made a model, a great model, that can predict if someone has an aneurysm. And it’s accurate, incredibly accurate (AUC = 0.987, that’s almost perfect). And for those with aneurysms, we can predict if they’re going to get bigger. Our model, it’s better than anything out there, it’s the best.

So, what we’ve got here, it’s not just good, it’s great. We’re understanding these aneurysms like never before, from the immune cells to the metabolism. And with our models, we’re going to diagnose and monitor these things like champions. It’s going to be fantastic.
