Chronic low back pain, it’s a big problem, right? Everybody’s talking about it. But we’ve got these incredible digital self-help interventions, and they’re changing the game. Pain catastrophizing? Not so much, but we’re getting there. We’ve got moderate to high-quality evidence, and that’s what we want, the best.

So what’s the bottom line? Digital self-management, it’s a winner for chronic low back pain. We’ve got 12 studies, 1545 patients, and the results are in: it’s effective. But we’re not stopping here. We’re going to find out who benefits the most, which approach is the best. We’re going to make chronic low back pain a thing of the past!
