Ho-ho-ho! Gather ’round, my merry friends, for I have a tale that’s sure to warm the cockles of your heart, much like a cup of hot cocoa on a frosty North Pole evening. This isn’t about reindeer or elves, but about a magical device, the AT-04, which sounds like it could be one of my high-tech sleigh upgrades, but is actually a wondrous contraption that brings comfort to those in pain.

Once upon a time, in a land not so far away, a 47-year-old gentleman was beset by a most bothersome affliction. His left arm was as limp as overcooked spaghetti, and he was plagued by a pain so fierce, it scored a whopping seven out of eleven on the Numerical Rating Scale (NRS), a scale not unlike the one Mrs. Claus uses to rate my cookie consumption.
