Listen, folks, we’ve got something incredible here. We’re talking about gliomas, brain tumors – very bad stuff. But we’ve got these mutations, IDH and TERTp, they’re key players, believe me. Now, usually, you’d have to get in there, cut it out to see what’s what. But we’re smarter than that. We’re thinking ahead, we want to know what we’re dealing with before surgery. That’s where we win.

So, we’ve got this thing called rCBV from DSC-MRI – it’s a game-changer. It tells us about the tumor without even touching it. And we’re using the best, the latest – deep learning. We’re not messing around with old school stuff here. We’re using the big guns, convolutional neural networks, and we’re making them even better with attention gates. It’s huge.

Now, the results – they’re fantastic. With the old methods, we’re hitting 83%, maybe 76% accuracy. But with our CNNs, we’re talking 88% accuracy for IDH mutations. That’s unheard of. And for TERTp, we’re getting 70% accuracy. But wait, there’s more – with attention gates, we’re up to 84% accuracy. We’re saving lives here, folks.
